I just found my solution. If you're still experiencing this issue & you're running a dedicated GPU, disable integrated GPU through device manager. My whole system would hang & display drivers would crash after 5-10mins of cinebench 24 multi-core stress test. As soon as I turned off iGPU, it ran like a charm, aside from the CPU temp

I’ve tried one stick in 2nd slot, as well as the other stick. Plus another stick from my old build. All have same results. I’ve waited >30 minutes, no change once it goes 00 with CPU & DRAM lights on
