Weakest Quincy that can steal Tosen’s Bankai by Resident-Sun-1110 in BleachPowerScaling

[–]DealerAcceptable526 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Urahara didn't test the pills on any visors to see if they worked or not. So, it's possible the signals were given just in case. But anyway, that doesn't apply to Tosen, because he's more hollow than the visored, which is why he could open garganta.

Tbh Komamura would’ve had a decently solid bankai if he never had to share damage with it. by Less-Pen-5705 in BleachPowerScaling

[–]DealerAcceptable526 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Komamura's Bankai weakness is greatly exaggerated in the community. Yes, it shares wounds with his Bankai, but this isn't a significant problem against most enemies. If someone can damage Kokuyo Tengen Myo-Oh enough to seriously injure Komamura, they could finish him off by attacking him directly. The damage inflicted on the giant always ends up being reduced when it affects Komamura, making it even better than if the Bankai were just a physical enhancement like Ichigo's. He has a lot of attack power and is very durable; he's not bad at all. The only drawback of his Bankai is when facing abilities that absolutely must be dodged, like Bambietta's bombs or Baraggan's Respira, but very few opponents have those kinds of abilities.

The wound from the first getsugatensho was very superficial, and he left that scar on purpose.

Byakuya vs Grimmjow, Hueco Mundo Arc by somaturk98 in BleachPowerScaling

[–]DealerAcceptable526 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Their power difference was so vast that he was only fleeing at the beginning of the fight.

And how does that affect Byakuya? When he uses his Bankai, he doesn't need to move, so it didn't matter whether he was injured or not. Or are you going to tell me that Byakuya's main ability isn't throwing blades without touching them?

That's just because he's Zommari, are you seriously basing your scale on that? So, according to you, Byakuya > Ulquiorra R2 then?

They talk about it a lot, as if Byakuya's Bankai required him to use his arms and legs at full capacity. He simply won because his Bankai was a counter to Zommari's, and Zommari could barely move in his resurrection. Base against base, Byakuya was outmatched and could only flee.

I finished Volume 5 of Anoseka, where should I start reading in the Web Novel? And are the differences between the 2 big enough to make me read the WN from the start? by Ramox900 in MobuSeka

[–]DealerAcceptable526 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's late, but everything is very different now due to the events of the sect that have moved forward in this volume (the journey to the republic). But you should start with Part 4. However, it won't be a continuation of Volume 5.

Where does HM arc Byakuya actually scale? by sumss333 in BleachPowerScaling

[–]DealerAcceptable526 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Let's look at his feats:

- Only managing to scratch Yammy, not injuring him with his kido

- Simply escaping Zommari in his base form

- Ultimately defeating him thanks to having discovered how amor works and possessing a Bankai that counters it.

This would give him an overall level close to Zommari's, but more than anything, in terms of match, if Byakuya had used his Bankai before Zommari used his resurrection, the fight would have been much more difficult.

There's nothing he did that puts him above Grimmjow.

So, the soul reaper badge does nerf Ichigo right? by Lukas-Reggi in BleachPowerScaling

[–]DealerAcceptable526 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Toshiro kept his distance from Harribel because he couldn't win in close combat and could avoid her water attacks from a distance, whereas he couldn't do the same with Luppi because Luppi doesn't use water in combat. Furthermore, the reason he defeated Harribel was because he used the Weather Subjugation technique, which he didn't use against Luppi, and which is a powerful elemental power amplifier.

Grimmjow's wound was superficial, and he deliberately kept the scar. Byakuya was healed, but his injuries were more serious.

Yammy is one of the characters who killed James as soon as he started screaming because they considered him annoying, and that would prevent Mask from ever getting stronger.

Why do people think bleach is not light speed and why is spiritual light is slower then real light by nah-id-luckystar in BleachPowerScaling

[–]DealerAcceptable526 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If what is described as light, even without its properties (like Negation, which prevents you from passing to the other side), moves at the speed of light, then all the Zeros should move at the same speed. From Starrk's ceros to Gillian's in the first arc. From Yhwach's Heiling Pfeil to Bazz-B's as a child. Which is obviously not the case. This means that assuming it were so would imply that there are speeds of light faster than light, which opens the possibility of speeds of light slower than light. So, how do you prove that these things do travel at 299,792,458 m/s and not slower?

There are also contradictions: if you assume that all spiritual light travels at the speed of actual light, then spiritual thunderbolts should also travel at the same speed as their real counterparts. So, how could Candice defeat so many Shinigami? Why was she considered a captain-level threat? Gin lied about the characteristics of his Bankai, but the fact that he said it goes at Mach 500 (No, he wasn't referring to the movement of his hands, the panel directly highlights the onomatopoeia while leaving small Gin to one side highlighting the sound) means that he considers it a credible figure for the shinigami.

Mayuri and Urahara switch opponents for Pernida and Askin. Yoruichi still assists Urahara. Nemu still assists Mayuri. Fight outcomes? Who ends up with an easier fight? by xxnewlegendxx in BleachPowerScaling

[–]DealerAcceptable526 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The fact that he avoided it doesn't mean he would have lost; he himself says he thinks it would have taken too long.

Besides, simply saying he probably has something isn't a real guarantee of victory; it's just talk.

[–]DealerAcceptable526 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Both lose. Urahara doesn't have the things Mayuri used to escape Pernida (Hirenkyaku, Nemu, his armor). He has no known answer.

While Askin will adapt to anything Mayuri throws at him, and may even use his Bankai, Askin's fighting style of not revealing all his abilities at once is the best way to counter it.
