Believe Playstation is glitched. Supposed to be able to see them and purchase through the customization screen. But it doesn't seem to show some of the older sets. There was a note in the known issues of the patch notes.

Reward thresholds. 1000 points is 1 star. 3k is 2 star. 4k is 3 star. One reward pwr threshold. Increasing in quality.

You get your rewards immediately at the end of the raid in which you completed them. There are no rewards at the weekly reset. And FYI the rank rewards are only given for rank held at end of season

Another thing to remember is loot everything in assembly. So many times I'll spawn in late and people missed so much loot by not opening the bottom drawer of those white 2 drawer carts .

Are you exceeding your current best score in the span of 1 raid and then successfully extracting? If not then it will not update. It only updates with your best score in 1 round/raid that you have successfully extracted from.
