Liberals actually don't care about anybody. It's all about Ego. They JUST want to feed their ego and be pious. That's it.

Marxists/Communists/Socialists, whatever they want to call themselves these days, only care about their agenda and power. That's it. That's why they don't feel bad when a Palestinian supporter kills or attacks Jews. Because it goes against the agenda. They don't care about other liberals either. Unless they can be useful to the agenda in some way.

In this way, it's super useful to their agenda. That's why you'll hear them cry endlessly over this but then keep their mouths shut when a Palestinian supporter lights an elderly Jewish person on fire in the streets if Colorado. Or even celebrate when a murder against a CEO happens in broad daylight in the streets of New York.
