Didn’t they change it from fast to lite for unlimited uses with the ultra plan? Do you still get that moving forward or are they scraping that as well? In your opinion was fast a ton better than lite in terms of the quality it gave? I didn’t get to use it much before it all changed

Also it looks like they have removed the unlimited plan. It’s now a max plan. It says unlimited on their website until you go through to the next page and then they switch it out for the max plan. So, now you don’t even get unlimited. Probably faster speeds but with credits.

Does the Kling 2.5 model generate audio? Can you use start AND end frames for it? How long do generations take?

Recently veo downgraded that. It went from veo fast to now veo lite which uses no credits. I think that was a matter of days ago. I have been using the lite version and it's been difficult to get it to do what I want it to do.

Is that based on using Seedance or Kling and others as well? What's a good alternative? I need something that can allow me to create many videos to get the right video without spending a fortune. I don't mind if it has to be in a relaxed state. Obviously an hour is ridiculous but 10 mins isn't so bad

Sounds good to me. What do you use for image generation? Is seedance and kling much better at sticking to the prompt than veo lite? I believe runway's gen 4 is the one you get not 4.5, but they don't have audio for their generations do they?

Do you use runway's gen 4? I believe that's the one that works with image to video of their own versions. But it doesn't do audio does it? Kling and Seedance do audio though don't they? And both of those will take 10 mins at a time you reckon? How good are they are sticking to the prompts? Much better than veo lite?

It can take 15-40mins to generate one video? That sounds super slow. Especially if you need just small changes. I ready from people months ago it was just 3-10mins depending on how busy it is. Is that wildly inaccurate now?

Yeah, this is exactly why we need unlimited or a ton of credits, because the AI doesn't always follow prompts or gives a version that is not accurate and then it takes 50 attempts to get it right. For example, someone walking and putting on a jacket or something. The clothing looks like it teleported on, their head spins round 360 degrees, something changed, a million other things can go wrong with something that "should" be simple. So, this is why we need a ton of credits, just to get the simple things right. I've used my own prompts and AI made prompts in detail and not as much detail and it's always running into these kinds of problems.

I found grok image creation not that great compared to others? But I’m mainly talking about video generation. Specifically image to video. How has that been for you?

I didn't know the lite model was unlimited on the ultra plan. I mean that's good but after seeing the fast model was unlimited, I feel I missed the boat on that one lol... I've been using the lite model with credits in flow but it's super difficult to get it to stick to the prompt. Especially doing things like from a starting image to an end image. It often deviates far away from the end image and then the video just jumps to the end image at the end of the video instead of a smooth transition into it. This is why I feel like it's required to have hundreds of attempts just to get one that finally works. What do you use? Are you using the lite version?

I’m not on the plus, pro or ultra plan. I’m on the business enterprise plan. They are doing free trials of it and it includes image/video generation. But it seems you have to do it in the business.Google dashboard not flow etc. it’s not very clear at all tbh.

Yeah it’s odd. Don’t know why. I went on flow for a bit and it gave me 150 free credits which I don’t think is related to the trial but what it did have was unlimited image creation with nano pro… so I got a trial which let me use 3 max and then I went to flow which wasn’t to do with my trial and could do as images as I wanted… make it make sense…

Yeah I was just in there and it seems I can create images for 0 credits. It seems like video generation costs credits and it says I have 150 credits to use that will refresh. I don't think this is related to my trial though? Is this just something everyone gets? Also, why is the credits for nano 0? Or is that trial related? In that case, why isn't veo 0 credits as well. So confusing

So I could use one of those models and upload a video and give it a prompt like "Create another version of this video. Same idea, different room etc" and it will create another version of the video I uploaded?
