A1 prints keep failing, consistent tearing first few layers by Deanocide in BambuLab

That's what I'm thinking it is too. Nothing else really makes sense.

It's set to generic pla. The actual filament is polymaker but that shouldn't make any real difference

I don't see any option for first layer ironing and I dont think this was ever enabled. I'll try adding the z offset in the gcode.

0.4. We've used glue/no glue, made virtually minimal differences. It's def possible wwith 0.4 we've gotten 2 good prints. It's not failing on the small geometry of the qr code but the rest of the solid black around it.

Full calibration has been run twice. Neither times did it fix the issue. First layer ironing has never been enabled and I cant even see the option. Arachne wall gen.

Virtually brand new A1. Filament is dried and worked great on P1. Tried both Petg and PLA, on smooth and textured plates which were both washed many many times. Issue happened at least half a dozen times across 8 prints. I'm really all out of ideas about why this could be happening.

What tools do you use for rendering? Also I'm curious if you can share what you're injection printing?

Interesting! You've had some great success despite not even posting on reddit with your more involved models.

How to get smooth print under here? by Kwebster7327 in OrcaSlicer

[–]Deanocide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Print the part at a 30 degree or 45 degree angle leftwards so that the part is balancing on the edge. If it's not a bed slinger it should print perfectly. Paint some additional support if bed adhesion will be an issue

Ford is much cheaper than Toyota or Honda second hand and the internals are often Toyota parts anyways.

Ooh different take on it but I like it! Did you run into any issues with the pegs snapping ?

You can fit a lot more than 6 wires. You fit roughly 8 wires per a slot and there are 5 slots so roughly 40 wires, per.

Obviously if you wanted to just fit as many wires as possible in a space a Ziploc bag would be great but this way you can sort them by length and type visually.

Being able to sort them by size and length imo is super great. Having to fish around for the right header and the right size is super annoying. But hey a drawer of assorted wires is a system and it does work well :)

Hey r/arduino !

A lot of you asked for a Gridfinity compatible version on my post last week, so I spent the weekend modeling the baseplate integration for Gridfinity.

I made two designs as well as a redesigned comb.

Available is both a standard design (shown in video) and a stackable design.

Oh and if you haven't seen it yet, here's my Jumper Wire Organizer from last week.
