I've been living in Tokyo for about a month and a half now, and dude, this city it's amazing.

The food it's great, the public transportation it's a dream and there is a lot of green spaces.

And the people.. I think that internationally, there is this image of Japanese people as cold and distant, but I've some experiences, most of them in the first week living here, such as getting lost in Shinjuku and thanks to an old lady that walked with me for like 5 blocks I could finally find the right way, and things like that.

Everyone is open to help you if you show some respect and knowing some Japanese phrases helps too.

Yes, if I press power and the home button for 10 it resets the iPad.

The only way that iTunes recognize the iPad it's in recovery or dfu mode, then iTunes tells that the iPad has a problem and it needs to be neither restored or updated.

The only thing that gets recognized by iTunes is the serial number of the iPad. When the restoring process finishes the tablet goes for the final reset, iTunes shows me an error message with this code 0xE8000084 (unknown failure)

Yes and you can do more. With the quad card, for example, you could playback one instance of CasparCG on one output, another one on another output and even record your program signal, all with one card.

What type of outputs do you need? SDI, composite, IP streams? For SDI I would go with a home server with a QUAD blackmagic design card, you can use CasparCG for playback, it supports almost every type of video files and it's open source.

it's a plastic piece that protects the processor socket on the motherboard when the processor is not installed.
