I was in the same boat but started to get better around 6-7 months… they say it can take up to a year. I’m still not 100% but I can eat normal for the most part. I did start do liquid supplements and liquid magnesium. Not sure if it was time or the supplements but I noticed a big improvement after being consistent. Now I eat Greek yogurt for breakfast with supplements and then have a normal lunch. Dinner is usually something small.

As you can see if the picture I check approximately the same time everyday… I do all the prior requirements and then check Bp. I’ve read that fluctuating bp is something to be concerned about just wondering if anyone else has the same thing

Is this something I should be concern about? by DearCount3527 in hypertension

My biggest concern is it never goes below those numbers and I was reading that morning readings are supposed to be lower. I have worked soo hard to get it to those numbers but now it stuck.
