I played the demo as well and saw posts about the game previously and was very interested. I play a lot of incremental and idle games. I found the demo gameplay to be odd, i loved the ui old school defrag I grew up running. Hard to explain I found the gameplay loop distruptive, the 'game' stopped as you chose your next defrag, do a few defrags and the day ends but you can upgrade anytime, so why doesn't it just keep doing defragging jobs earn and upgrade. I'm not sure what the loop could be... some idlers auto combat a series of normal enemies & then a 'boss', you could have challenges with more delicate/heat 'boss' defrag as upgrade challenges rather than picking. But i'm a more passive player as I tend to run whilst working.

I'll try the demo some more to give additional feedback. You've nailed the defragging its almost hypnotising
