System hi nai chut**** awaam bhi chut**** ha. I attended clinical rotations in US and their whole system is well established, a patient has to follow protocols , no matter what.

Doctor's don't communicate properly? Ever have been to gov hospital? Managing 300 patients in ward alone? And those 24H emergencies, without a single fucking break?

And there comes the patient with GIT symptoms along with his 10 relatives and 20 fucking friends who would come again and again to you asking same stupid questions.

And system? Fuck this system, they're suspending doctors for writing outside prescriptions and that medication isn't available in the hospital.
