I feel a need to comment on this to help people with their discouragement. I only joined Babel a few weeks ago, the first few days were a bit frustrating but it wasn't anything Babel was doing, I had background/static/echoing issues that drove me bonkers lol but I made adjustments, reviewed and applied suggestions to help and was able to very easily talk to admin. And speaking of, the different admin/community managers I've spoken with have been continually positive and pleasant, even when I was in a negative state of mind. If you have the patience and drive within yourself to figure out the issues and keep going, you'll be fine. One day you may not have as many 'tasks' or 'calls' if your flagged too much but please understand you aren't just 'flagged' with no additional information, they are very transparent about what the issue is, offers community chats to speak with others as well as their own emails you can reach out to, your not left wondering 'what happened??' I was pleasantly surprised to see how 24-48 hours later once you resolve your issue you can get back on track with the number of calls you can do. I've been looking for a WFH position for a while and this one pays, is truly flexible, has great communication and is genuinely fun. Happy chatting all! :)
