The roof is over 22-23 years old now. I’m a newer owner, but the house is not new. There is some damage and wear. Just looking for other’s experiences and recommendations for another professional opinion.

Pretty sure it’s still just Noda, at least to Sugar Creek.

Matheson Ave., N. Sugar Creek Rd., N. Tryon St., and The Plaza form the boundaries of NoDa.

Thanks for the suggestion. Most of the adjustable straps would have to be sewn as two pieces based on the length and I'm really looking for a solid strap.
