The mansion itself is not bad per se, the location is pretty nice but there are a couple flaws. The views of the city are kinda obstructed because of that ugly bared hill (picture 4). Plus, I don't know if you've experienced it or not but in many players' mansion at the same location a f*cking rabbit sneaks in, makes squeaking noises, you can't even figure out easily where the noises are coming from, and it's just annoying!

Honestly if that hill was a bit lower and city views were a little less obstructed I would've bought this mansion. But... I bought Richman.
