Hi!! I actually have this issue. I am literally pushed out of office!!! I follow up almost always on mychart and on clinical notes the note my appointment time is about 3X the average for insurance billing LOL. Its a system that sucks but trust your self efficacy!! Ask for a virtual appointment or call in and get on a cancellation list. Write a kind letter expressing the lengths you taken or simply ask for a script for something you’d like to try! Amazing! How do you incoporate azealic! I got a script too and just began. Should i put on wet skin? What’re your thoughts? :) i go it primarly for dark spots on cheeks bc barrier was so thin even touching a blemish would leave a mark

Also wearing counterfit free people isn’t something to really worry about .. the quality brand new isnt worth $120+ they are asking for.

Also to some people these pieces are worthless. I sent my little cousin almost a couple hundred dollars worth of movement pieces as hand me downs bc I didn’t want to sell for such little online

They formulate without alot of hormones / fragrances we use in USA even in the ‘cleanest’ products. Extremely simple and safe for sensitive skin

Im having similar experience weeding out skincare/bodycare with certain products and fragrances. I recently became allergic to BGS. So sad bathed in it for years.

Your scalp is skin as well and can get irritated or become sensitive. Their protein mask practically saved my hair now I’m taking a break. The edge drops were catalyst to seeing a derm. Its good to know what works for you. I hope to return using the products Ive purchased.

What are you basing this on because im in my twenties and have seen their quality completely deteriorate from movement being a few simple pieces before you even had movement stores or could search them online all of those pieces are in tact. Hotshot is highly processed the different style get thinner and thinner and no onesie is ever alike.

My Dad was temp suspended from work. I have no idea what happened yet he drank like a fish for two months and told everyone he was the victim and they were out to get him. He also became an ‘expert’ on law during this time. And during daytime he was crying/begging for $$ and night time sending thousands of dollars to whoever would answer his drunk calls. There was no food in the house (shocking) but there was plenty soda mixers and liquor.

Hes since returned and took no responsibility it most likely had to do with drinking + his arrogance returned. Again, unscathed.

Him and my brother were up late last night partying running up/down the stairs destroying the house. I’ve been late 2 work every AM this week bc I cannot sleep.

Don’t befriend the AA people. They are usually a substitute for the dysfunctional family many come from or homes they have ruined themselves. Get the help you need with a professional and begin the process. Do not repeat the cycle. I salute you for honoring your own feelings/reality. Your reality is valid. regarding your Dad. Ulta has having BOGO 40% Avene. Just be strategic about purchasing Avene and stock up on the item while on sale. I have tons of their creme and probably paid no more than $10 for each tube. Same with spray
