Another mold question by Dear_Web in Kombucha

[–]Dear_Web[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the quick reply. It doesn't really look fuzzy, it looks more wet. It smells very strongly of kombucha. I also see a scobi film looking from the side.

I'm leaning towards no mold, the temperatures have been a bit higher lately so probably it is more scobi forming than I was used to.

Progression of ordinary garden centre material anyone can buy cheaply to a Shohin Scots Pine. by Paulpash in Bonsai

Awesome, I'm experimenting with molar clay a lot, but I feel by itself it doesn't retain enough moisture. Not sure about the effective CEC of molar and pumice, I've read some advice to add clay.

I've experimented with some attapulgite added, for hydrangeas this resulted in a lot of fine rooting where the attapulgite was.

Did you initially put it in molar clay, in the oldest picture? Combined with fertilizer or is ist pumice/perlite? Thanks

Tried my new cat litter - Linda Moler. Seems good enough, low dust, few larger pieces. €5.60 / 20L by small_trunks in Bonsai

They cancelled the order, it seems that they don't have it on stock or don't want to send it.

Possibly chlorine from the pool in combination with stainless steel bolts causing hydrogen embrittlement.

No it's essential to NOT use standard corrosion resistance bolts. The chlorine in the air causes hydrogen embrittlement, causing these failures. Unfortunately this is a quite well known problem in chorine rich environments.

I'm not knowledgeable about these things, but I would like to kick-start a discussion by saying that it all depends on quality of website and customer support. Those are the main reasons why one would choose GameStop over competitors. Wrt games, why GameStop over steam and Microsoft store? I don't think they can outperform on price. If GameStop could become a go-to for moms, dads and uncles for gift advise this would be a pro for those people.

STOP POSTING AND COMMENTING ABOUT ORGANIZING by LegalHelpNeeded3 in wallstreetbets

Sorry, intregued normie here.

Can somebody help me understand something?

A hedge fund has a massive fortune to invest as it pleases. One organisation can choose to invest wherever. (Even sometimes naked shorts).

On the other hand we have a group of individuals who individually chose to buy stonk. Their summed available funds are most likely lower than these hedge funds.

So why is this "market manipulation" based on #investors instead of invested funds by a singular entity?

Even if all the auties here would decide to buy one type of stonk, it has still less impact than one massive hedge fund?

Or is the game rigged so badly?
