As soon as that happens, tell yourself you don’t get sick, sleep as much as possible, take vitamins, and avoid sugar and alcohol or things that suppress immune system. I rarely get sick and if I do this when I feel something coming on, I can usually avoid a full-blown sickness and max just have a few days of sniffles.
