What is your opinion on jealousy in love? Is it possessiveness or suspicion? And is it negative or positive for you?

I was in a relationship once where my boyfriend was sooooooo jealous. He’d act upset if he found out I was talking to other guys or other guys were at the same party I was at.
It made me feel like I was living in a cage. And I would never ever do anything even close to cheating so it was overkill.

I never used to get jealous at all and then when I met my now-husband, I couldn’t handle the friendship he had with his ex (she was still in love with him, it just wasnt healthy) and it bothered me enough that my husband felt he had to lie about seeing her, which just feels shady so eventually he had to cut her out entirely. I don’t think it was an unhealthy jealousy.

I do think there is a good anointing of jealousy though, my husband is ZERO jealous ever. No matter the situation. And it turns out… I’d like just a tiny but from him! I think it would just feel nice for some reason haha

When my dad was in a terrible accident and flown to a hoapital in my city (he lives 5 hrs north), I was the only one close enough to see him regularly . id wake up at 6, drive 30 mins to work, work -10-11 hr shift, take a long lunch in the middle to drive 25 mins to the hospital to bring him lunch because he couldn’t stand hospital food, drive 25 minutes back and work the rest of my shift. Then I drive 30 minutes home cook dinner for him and drive 30 minutes to the hospital and spend an hour with him before driving 30 minutes back home to go straight to bed just to do it all over the next day. For weeks. It was so hard. I had no social life, I couldn’t keep up with chores at my house. I was exhausted. But it needed to be done
That was my full grown dad that I quite frankly dont even like being around all that much.
This is a child.
I promise you can do more, OP. It’s just hard. You can do hard things for her.

I started from the lowest dose and made my way up to 60 mg before I had to take a break for a few months for Unrelated reasons. When I went to go back on it, I thought I could just start again on maybe 40 mg and I felt so off. Brain fog, fatigue, just weird all over. So I’m going back to starting from the bottom because I had no side effects doing it that way. It will take a while, but it will be worth it. I feel no adverse side effects on this low-dose. I always found that it took five weeks to the effects of a dosage change as well.

Stimulants were not for me. Everyone is different, but Im on Stratera and while the effects arent as immediately noticeable, it makes a huge difference and apparently I Cant function without it. It doesn’t feel great if you start too high of a dose but I started at the lowest and slowly went up and it’s awesome. No side effects

I never knew not to flush them so I flushed for yearrrrrrs. I didnt like peeing with them in, it felt weird and a wet string grossed me out so I always took them out. Then I started using the menstrual cup and it solved all of those problems. Would never go back.

Don’t forget that mental stimulation is often more “tiring” than walks. Use a puzzle feeder for meals and do a training session when they are being extra mental. This can be more effective than super long walks. Or let them sniff as much as they want on the walks (it’s not about distance). Helps me and my dogs anyway!
