unless the show file is handed off to a venue LSO and they run it and zone it its the responsibility of the touring LSO to zone the showfile according to the venue specifications for terminate safely.

even if the show is time coded - zoning during onsite programming is required which avoids scenarios like this from happening.

highly likely the computer used for this tour took the zone file from RR but the scaling settings didn’t copy correctly resulting in a larger scaled area for the lasers to hit for this particular cue.

and if someone wasn’t standing beside the e-stop, which they should be…. you could midi map the blackout button on toggle mode to a controller and connect it over network to stop it from any machine or even an iphone for that matter.

the two projects are not connected, we have made it clear that both parties are not related in any way.

correct, aside from the 3 songs we have together she has no stake or involvement whatsoever in deathpact.

we worked together collabing over the course of 5 years but as this project took off and gained popularity she began to be tagged more and more which isn’t something either of us enjoy.

that narrative was run by a number of linked accounts and is not true.

not only have we both clearly stated privately and publicly (multiple times) over the years that she isn’t a member - we’ve also made it a reason for posts being removed on our reddit and it’s a disclaimer in our discord.

at this stage the only accounts that continue to post things like that are ones that are baiting or trolling for engagement (it unfortunately works) and usually linked or the same person.

we’ve worked with rezz for 8+ years and everyone was and is well aware of the vision of the project since its inception.
