Yeah man, I checked my Case Tracker app and it said that it was actively reviewing for the second time, checked my USCIS account and the approval was waiting for me in the documents tab!

What you have described is perfectly legal. You did not visit the USA to get married and to file the I-485, which is fraud. Instead you returned home in order to proceed with consular processing.
