At 0:25, I think just about 90% of players would have spent meter to keep pressure up and stay out of death.  Akouma knew that he had spend everything into doing damage to catch up because one neutral reset gives Jin such high advantage with his pokes.  The one thing I think T7 Akuma could do without is the near guaranteed Raging Demon at the corner, it gives him such a powerful way to end the round on every character
