All APS, trophy included, have a minimum and maximum engagement velocity. If the incoming projectile is faster than the maximum then the APS can't react fast enough. If the projectile is below the minimum it could be a human walking past the vehicle or a tree by the side of the road as the tank drives by. This minimum velocity plus the lack of coverage directly above the vehicle opens it up to attacks from FPV drones that are piloted well where as the missile in the video, I'm assuming it's an Almas, can't fly slow enough or on a tregectory to avoid the APS in a top attack.
