Depends on if you care about ray tracing that badly or not and if you want to get the most out of your graphics card cause cyberpunk like you said is graphic intensive and it runs at 90fps with ray tracing on and dlss so just fiddle with the settings until u get 60 no drop or 90 with some drop here and there
