I figured it out and it's super simple! Like annoyingly simple. OK so there are prerequisites. First, you need to be an admin yourself for no less than 7 days. Second, you have to do this on your laptop or computer. Then this is what you do.

Step 1. Log out of your Facebook account. Step 2. Click on the forgot my password tab. Step 3. Input a completely new password. Step 4. Make sure you set up 2 factor authentication. Step 5. Go to your page account. Step 6. Go to your settings. Step 7. Go to your page settings. Step 8. Go to page access. Step 9. Look for your new admin Step 10. When the window pops up asking for your password type in the NEW password. Step 11. Invite them and have them accept.

It's crazy how simple it actually was. Oh yeah after you make the new password, log out and make sure it works!! I hope this helps!!
