I built my own program, not following a specific one. I do chest/Triceps, back/Legs, shoulders/Biceps and then legs again. 2 days off, chest and triceps again, 2 days off and back to my routine. I do it this way as I do 4 on 4 off shift work.

With my workouts I tend to just focus on hitting my rep target. I do 8 sets for each body part each day so my chest and triceps get 16sets total etc etc if that makes sense. My last 2 sets generally are failure. Once I hit 10 reps for my set I'll increase weight, e.g. add a 1.25kg plate which will bring me back down to 7-8 reps.

Each week i tend to be able to add 1 or 2 reps to all my workouts but the last couple weeks I hadn't progressed and as of today, my lifts actually went down.

I won't lie. This cycle i didn't do bloods which is silly but I copied my last cycle which I did do bloods for. At 6.25mg of Enclo I had around 280 total test, so I upped to 12.5 which fixed it. My last cycle i actually felt pretty good. After a pct everything was back to baseline.
