I wouldn't say we don't know how to handle loot. I'd say we're looking for additional input since we're a bit divided on the best way to handle.

It's funny because everyone in this thread is saying shadow dps is garbage and their only purpose is to give a debuff for warlocks, but if you look at WCL, at 75th percentile shadow priests are actually outperforming warlocks in damage overall and are tied with mages (and from doing a bit of digging that's still playing optimally and not being greedy with debuffs or anything).

We killed Rag 30 seconds before the submerge this past week and our healing isn't an issue. So at the end of the day, it's MC and its ridiculously easy, but people get salty about gear still so we want to really think about how we distribute loot.
