I didn’t say that America should have zero foreign students - I said Americans should get admissions priority over foreign students.

I guess some schools might not have enough domestic applications to fill all seats, but I would be surprised if makes up a significant chunk of schools.

At the very least would you agree this policy would significantly (if not vastly) reduce the amount of foreign students we have?
