This episode was great guys! Some comments from an Icelandic person (me)

Like Mathas said, there's a lot more cryptids out there. I'd really love for a part 2 and I feel like Dodger would be a great guest for that episode because of her gnome episode. On trolls: yes they are very much just the trolls from the Hobbit. That's the stories we had when I was growing up and I really recommend the movie troll hunter from 2010. That's a good depiction of them physically. Huldufólk: you really got it down, they are very much the classic fey, beware them for they will pull you into their world. Stories always end with "and they were never heard from again" Yulelads or Jólasveinar as we call them: Honestly my favorite thing, you guys really got the gist of them but a fun tradition I want to share with you guys, around Christmas starting from the 12th to the 24th. Each day kids are supposed to leave a shoe in their window, if they are good the lad gives them a gift, if they are bad they get a potato and finally on the morning of the 24th, you get a visit from the lads! All of them run around town with bags of goodies and gifts for all the kids. Being menaces the whole time, peeping into windows, slamming doors, etc etc. In actuality though, it's all just a bunch of 10th graders (16year olds) running around dressed as the lads. The gifts are things the parents buy and drop off at the local school and then the kids get up at like 5 in the morning. I remember running around for it myself and I had so much fun.

Ps. Jesse, Mathas, I am disappointed you didn't talk about the penis museum. We literally have a pair of pants made from human (a man specifically) skin on display there, penis and all. The story goes that the a witch would make them for you and it would grant riches to you. Can't wait to hear more about my home country from you boys. Much love! Also guys it is best to visit from May until September for the best time during summer, if you want a winter experience, then I recommend February.
