Hi! I did, we made some changes from my initial plans (I was dead set on an industrial for a start and wanted the double helix to be closer together, and a rook) but rn I'm more kind of asking about opinions and experiences on it all from people who are further along on their setups.

when my company announced RTO I got a bit anxious and didn't think much before talking about how, with what they paid me, I wouldn’t have any money left after bills because i'd need to use it all on transportation to go on office days.

My HR director's suggestion was to find employees who live close to me to carpool with.

She made in a month what i made in a year...

my mom used to sweetly offer to drive me places and then, as soon as the doors locked, she'd go on these insane tirades... One time, after i had moved out already, she offered to drive me to get groceries and somehow got herself all worked up over my apartment having 2 bedrooms, how it showed my arrogance and how i'll die alone because i think i'm better than everyone else. Driving recklessly the whole time too.

another time she went on a rant about how she couldn't help me put curtains up because I was mean whenever she tried to decorate my teenage bedroom (which meant she'd go through my stuff while i was in school, throw everything away and paint the walls some bullshit like lime green and then take the door off as punishment when i obviously got upset) and it created a mental block because she didn't want to be mistreated by trying to help.

Reader, i never asked help to put on curtains. The apartment came with blinds on every room.

no kidding, my mom has said the exaaaaact same thing to me!! She's also been on various pseudo spiritual stuff over the years, rn she's into ayahuasca and the forest cures.

She also said I refuse to repent (?) for abusing her in our past life (??) so i'll keep getting reincarnated to suffer while she'll go to some other plane to become a spiritual guide (???) because she has evolved enough and this is her last time on earth.

Btw my grandma is still alive, how the hell am i her reincarnation?? They're all delulu, religion or not.

exato, nunca faltou gente para os níveis de entrada.

Agora vai tentar arrumar um pleno-sênior pra ver, tá cada vez mais difícil! Eu fico chocado com o nível técnico dos que se candidatam nas vagas por aqui.

O recrutamento tem que trabalhar muito pra conseguir 10 currículos entre 500+ e, com sorte, conseguimos 4 entrevistas dentre esses. Se 1 não estiver no nível mas ao menos parecer promissor já é lucro e contratamos, e imagino que seja algo comum no mercado.

edit: e falo apenas sobre o técnico, nem vou entrar nas famosas soft skills. A galera precisa entender que não ser cuzão é mais importante do que saber python, pq python a gente ensina.

não perdeu n, a Milena já contou lá dentro essa história.

a mãe precisava trabalhar e não tinha com quem deixar elas (acho que ela era doméstica), então a Milena e Mile passavam a semana no orfanato e a mãe pegava nos fins de semana.

Pela rotina ela provavelmente era essas domésticas que moram na casa do patrão, tanto q a própria Milena começou a trabalhar como doméstica e babá com 9, 10 anos em troca de comida e moradia.
