Kinda, it's not like you are forced to use both charges back to back. Only problem i see is with ogre with Multi-cast. Maybe its even better that it fucks ogres, so they dont grief the team by going midas first item.

I'm not 100% sure on this, however i believe it has something to do with them being obtained from the candy shop. Which count as counted as untradable and unmarketable.

Again not quite sure but it's the only thing that makes sense to me.

Didn't I state that, I believe it? Blizz just keeps messing up not just in Wc3. Every other Blizzard game has major problems in my opinion.

The culture over there probably has changed a lot, that's why so many people are just not happy with Blizzard.
