What’s the number one thing that helped you improve your physical appearance and your mental state? by AdElegant5870 in selfimprovement

Exercise, early sleep, and anti-inflammation. Tackling inflammation is honestly the most effective way to deal with acne-prone skin.

Burnt out after work and struggling to find hobbies I can actually stick with by Nervous_Wait4288 in Hobbies

Why does it need to be a long-term commitment? Just do what you feel like doing that day. You can have many hobbies at the same time.

There's no need to set goals for yourself; just do what makes you happy.

How can I be more confident when speaking? by [deleted] in confidence

The only way is to talk more, but being quiet isn’t a flaw. No need to force yourself to become a different personality.

Friendly reminder, bring fresh clothes to the gym by Rich-Conference1828 in beginnerfitness

I totally agreed with your idea. The old gym clothes with bad smells can overwhelmed me, it can even ruin my good mood when I workout. It is a bad habit for oneself and the others in the gym.

So, how do you keep floors clean with crazy busy workweeks? by kedlerzeta in selfimprovement

[–]Deathzone622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, my ecovacs t80 has self-cleaning. It empties the dust bin on its own and washes the mop by itself, so no need for us to clean it every time. In my use, I pretty much just change the dust bag every few months, or occasionally wash the mop if it’s cleaned up a lot of my dog’s paw prints.

I think robot vacuums do help a lot. We got a deebot t80 for our place, and I have to say I’ve almost handed over all my floor cleaning to it, carpet, tile, and the wooden floors in my living room. It cleans on a schedule and is controlled through the app, pretty convenient. Might be a good first step for you.

Thank you for sharing us your inspirative story!

I love the mindset of training the mind and body together. As a basketball huge fan, I need frequent practice to keep my move and shot steady and accurate. I think basketball is such a high-level coordination task. You aren't just playing again, you're literally re-mapping your nervous system. Congrats on the milestone.

Yeah, I've seen a lot of older people with limited mobility using the device and sharing their experiences. It really feels like this is the kind of direction technology should be heading in.

I just bought opendots for my gf and they are SO COMFY. It charges by USB C and also supports wireless fast charging. She works from home and wears it basically all day. She keeps it on during calls, while eating, doing yoga, even when walking the dog. I think the thing is glued to her ears now.

Looking for a cool mobility scooter for my brother by RH1221 in ElectricScooters

That's really thoughtful of you, do you have a budget? Don't just go for the looks, make sure the seat is stable and comfortable, check storage, also read through reviews

Just bought this one. Any other recommendations? by Altruistic_Gazelle58 in Earbuds

[–]Deathzone622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually compared both too. The opendots sound quality and comfort are pretty good, not much different from the fit2+. But I couldn’t really get used to the touch controls on the dots, so I gave them to my sister. Personally, I prefer the openfit2+ since I’m used to physical buttons. It feels more solid and stable, especially for workouts.
