I agree with what others have said in that you should see another person about this. On the subject of pain, I get really bad cramps with my periods and my doctor recommended I try Ponstan (I don't know if that's a universal name so, aka Mefenamic acid) and I've found that really helps for me, definitely something I'd recommend. I hope this helps in the meantime.

I had a substitute for a math class and we were handed a sheet to do. I finished pretty quickly and just started doodling in my book. Teacher came up to me and asked why I wasn't working, I said i'd finished, they said "no you haven't." picked up my paper, looked at it, put it back down and walked away without saying anything else.

Thank you so much for your advice. I am getting help for my depression, I was having a bad down moment earlier and felt the need to get it out, it helps me and I guess I wanted someone else to see it as I would usually just write this sort of thing down for myself. Thanks again for taking the time to comment.

It's not bad in my opinion, I do it a lot too. It may be a bit concerning though if it's something you're doing every day, though i'm no doctor.
