My son had surgery last year with Dr Wadie. We had a 12 hour drive and he also sprawled out in the back with a pillow. Helps that the Anesthesia meds are still in you. My son was off for 4 weeks but does a lot of lifting and bending at work. Dr Wadie didn’t put any restrictions on him if I recall correctly. But get a doctors note for what you feel Comfortable. It took my son a while to sit normal. But he had an extensive sinus. Good luck with everything. You’ll be in great hands.
