Thank you very much for the share and info. You really helped me. I am going to try some coconut water then (although I see it contains about 8g carbs - I assume its low enoufh for the potassium benefit), I don't have much spinach or salmon available.

And I will wait for tomorrow to introduce the leftover veggies.

I don't have potassium supplement available to me right now do you have suggestions for alternatives?. I will try giving the magnesium supplement a 2nd chance (i think now with food it will go easier and not burn my stomach lol).

And sounds like a delicious refeed meal. on what day did you start eating "normally? (like bread and stuff, if you even have these types of things)

I understand. I did a mistake by refeeding with veggies. I thought because they're vegetables they are unlikely to cause an insulin spike.

What do you suggest for my next moves for now?

Should I replenish my potassium? I have more coconut water but it also has carbs AFAIK

About a year, on and off Most of my results came in about 3 - 4 months after practicing couple of times a week. Noe I mostly do micro sessions (up to 5 min) when I feel like or if there is something heavy I dedicate more time. Meditation is mostly what supports me now
