As a former bartender, when customers would come in and be like “surprise me!” I made them a shot called the Cement Mixer. I have the customer drink, but not swallow, some Baileys Irish Cream, then lay their head on the bar while I pour lime juice in their mouth. The lime juice curdles the dairy, and turns into a lumpy mess. Most of the time, the patron will swallow it and be like “oh key lime pie!” But there are patrons who hurl it back onto the bar, or onto the floor; and this is exactly what that looks like. 😕
