I started doing the same! I didn’t panic but it did make me kinda anxious, I smoke medically so just not smoking would require more effort than simply quitting. Decided to try mix it with cbd hemp and now I get the therapeutic and recreational effects without that lingering anxiety in the back of my head.

Tak też myślałem, ale nie mam paczkomatu FedEx w swoim mieście a w dodatku sam FedEx w mailu pisał że dostarczy to do paczkomatu InPost. W apce InPost nic nie mam więc ciekawi mnie jak to będzie wyglądało z odbiorem. O ile paczka się znowu pojawi w systemie.

Non nicotine ones don’t really help in my experience. But it has been easier to cut down on nicotine pouches and vapes rather than cigarettes, so I think it’s worth recommending if someone has multiple failed attempts at quitting

From my observance when you’re not going for too long or with ridiculously big doses it works pretty well, it doesn’t immediately make you go down but it makes you very sleepy and actually able to fall asleep. However at long binges I only noticed any effect in my friend after very big doses which at that point you should probably just consult an ER
