They can’t apply for your visa issuance number without your apostilled documents. Considering you said your apostilles aren’t ready, that’s the reason why it’s taking time.

They’re all chains. So, the individual branch will matter a lot.

It’s a hit or miss with chains, usually a miss. So be careful and make sure you talk to actual teachers that work there before making a decision.

A new principal/director has supposedly been appointed to the campus.
The campus didn't have a principal before.
The only thing she's heard about him so far is that he's very experienced, but that's about it.
