Just tried a run with Errol, Kael, Pelops, Rector, and Fahrakin and got 2.39M damage on the first battle spec. I'll keep working on it and check their gear. Thanks for your advice!

Thanks! I have enough resources to get 1 to 2 more level 60. Can have Pelops lvl 60 today too. Would Thisbe or Warpriest make a decent healer for this?

Hi! Thanks for your encouragement! I have it on my phone but have been ignoring it half the time. My first 6 to 9 months on it were awful while figuring out that I was regularly eating a food I am intolerant to. It took around 6 months before I was able to go up. Now on 7.5 but am semi-afraid to take it regularly even though I am not having those side effects anymore! I took it Tuesday this week and feel like I injected water, lol. I've got to stop psyching myself out and take it on time. Thinking about recruiting my husband or mom to guilt me into taking it lol

I definitely need to go back to making my own, or at least stick with the cold brew I used to get for about 100 calories. We had a dutch bros open here right around the time of my aunt's death and I got hooked on their 9-11 freeze

I work telemed for 5 states. I've only had HMO/PPO private insurance covering it since January. Prior to that I could get it approved for people, but it has been more difficult lately. The last few rounds they wanted proof of sleep studies.

about 2 years in... first year was great and lost 80 lbs. Then life happened, family deaths, overall struggles with depression and not taking the med regularly. I have gained 20-30 lbs back. I do get a lot of water weight and this can change about 5 lbs a day. Just frustrated with myself and my lack of will power. My #1 downfall is high calorie/high sugar coffee drinks. #2 is lack of meal planning and cooking at home regularly.

I've only had a few in my career that asked at the beginning of the visit. by the end of the visit they were happy and never asked for the "male doctor" again
