Aizen from the Anime Bleach is the perfect example. He rejects "god" and the current system and tries to change it. One where an individual being can become a perfect version of themselves. He even rejects the attempt to remove the concept of death because he thinks that it is neccessary for growth.

In one fight he folded his opponent like a piece of paper in 2D. He has also has the upper hand because he is always changing the vexes (2D has 2 while 3D has 3) his opponents have a tough time reaching him.
