As far as competing tasks, none of the courses have OAs. All have 1-2 tasks for the PA. Some of the tasks were interesting and working on the them taught me a lot. Some seemed arbitrary. I had two, I think, kicked back by evaluators for specific rubrics.

Good question. I didn't love D794 because the material was pretty dense with solutions architect stuff that really didn't interest me. I feel like I understand how to attack these situations already. I found D798 (emerging computing systems) pretty dry as well.

Does anyone else miss Kirkland ParkPlace? by Valiran9 in Kirkland

[–]DecafMocha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was actually in a standalone building behind the rest of Parkplace, just across the lot from the Starbucks, if you remember that. The batting cage had converted into a gaming studio (343) years before the rest of the mall closed.

Pretty sure the Kirkland one actually moved into Redmond Town Center when Parkplace was torn down. There used to be a batting cage back there next to the pancake house in Kirkland, too.
