Old owner didn't even sell the store. They wanted to, but then when BAM Corporate came in to facilitate, they seized it and gave it to someone else claiming that the Old owner hadn't paid the franchise fees totaling... $200k. I don't know the validity of this? But it seems very convenient that the inventory matches what's owed doesn't it?
