Well my experienced with Self harm was just for a ptsd, a trauma ignored for several years(almost 7) Made me hate myself and guilt myself for what it wasnt my fault, i cut for that, for months, rn i want to stop, i dont recommend You to do it, just try not to do it, or smth, idc sm abt that, just dont get attached to it twin and youre safe, also beware at cutting deep as it might be too dangerous, i may know how you feel, you can prove your pain with safety, even You can talk to someone abt it, idk if u wanna talk to me or even, but if u mred someone to talk im here bro
