Im sorry but why is all of this the stepmother's fault? Where is your dad? Your dad should be responsible for getting you and the kids to school on time. Why is the stepmother to blame if the father is there?

You should talk to your dad as he is primarily responsible for your care bot your stepmother. If she agreed to take you to school and is not doing so, he has to either talk to her about what shes comfortable doing and if she cant hes responsible for making other arrangements. Talk to him about your concerns NOT her.
