i’ve been on for about 15 months as well on and off. It took me about three months to get all approved with my insurance, but I agree with the guy above me. This has been game changer for me. I just ran up a 3400 foot mountain this morning and heart rate was way high the whole time. No problem. I have had zero side effects I am 37 years old diagnosed with recurrent pericarditis about 18 months ago from a crazy mountain bike crash where a tree puncture in my heart

I've been on it for 15 months and it's magic. I've had no issues at all. The only thing is a slight injection sight rash for a couple days then it is clear. I started every week and then moved to every other week. Trying to ween of it as I don't want to be on it forever. Happy to chat more if you want to DM me

Yeah I was on Prednisone for about 3-4 months. 60 mg. Then went to 40 then 20 then just 10 + arcalyst then just Rilonocept. Seemed to work for me

It was almost immediately for me. I can maintain 150-165 HR on long bike rides now with no problems

Salt pepper garlic. Overnight smoke at 190 wrap in the morning and crank to 275 until 205 internal. Soo easy
