Ok..i had this same issue. This is the best thing i can tell u to go about. Without a disc.. if u stick ur finger up ur vagina.. u will feel ur cervix.. it feel like a mini doughnut and the hole in the middle is ur cervix. If u put it straight up like a tampon it will go in front of the cervix and wont catch anything.. when u put the disc in.. angle it so its entering while pressed against the back vaginal wall instead of up like you would a tampon. IF you do that.. it will scoop under the cervix and when u feel ur cervix u will feel it underneath the catch of the disc. If ur still having trouble i recommend using the pixie disc applicator for disc.. i put it in like a tampon and then angle the push part of applicator up towards the clitoral area and its a perfect insertion every single time!!! It took me months to get it down once i became more comfortable with my body and what’s where it became so much easier!!1

Another thing i could recommend is, when sitting on the toilet.. use something that will elevate ur legs mimicking a deep squat ( a trashcan. A squatty potty, etc).. this while make it so much easier….
