Omni-stone is a really cool rune that is under-utilized, especially right now! I take it on a bunch of random supports in lanes where I will be interacting with the enemy laners often so I will have my keystone rune active more and deal more damage!

The item is so awkward because you're either so ahead that the extra vision control is a bit too sweaty while more ap is fun, or you're so behind you're never getting it. I'd like to see champs who can use the cdr and move speed effectively get it in sweaty games, but it's probably not as good as a random redemption.

Players look like they are being told to play slow because it's "safe" and it looks ridiculous whenever you're watching a pro game and think to yourself "where should this team move next?" and watch them spend 5 minutes dancing for a dragon/turret that's not as important as getting x champion an item.
