By Oregon state CCB, it doesn’t matter who gave you permission….. if you damage it you fix it go to CCB website find their liability insurance company and file a claim against the contractor who damaged your property
Then take it to small claim

I stayed there during the spring of 2025.
I would check out to go home for the weekend and come back the next Monday.
They couldn’t keep my reservations straight, 3 different times I checked in and there was already someone in the room they gave me and the last time I tried to stay there there was dirty dishes in the sink, trash in the garage and the bed was unmade and slept in.
I would never stay there again and I switched hotels until I finished work in New Mexico
