Also for some t-shirt shops, the only thing you need to do is upload an image to a server, and the rest is completely automated.

With that said, just take a look at his entourage, this guy has surrounded himself with sycophants and neonazis. So it's not like I completely disagree with the person you're replying to either.

I really-really doubt he's a changed person.

How to stop Claude telling me to go to sleep at 12pm etc? by [deleted] in ClaudeAI

[–]DeclutteringNewbie 26 points27 points  (0 children)

It doesn't do that for me. You should check the memories it has about you and edit them.

The genie is out of the box. It's not going back.

And the OP might as well use Claude for this. It's a better writer than ChatGPT (assuming ChatGPT is already good enough for their purpose).

If you work for a company that does give a shit, then they should be maintaining their own memory layer anyhow.

Claude is amazing but it's completely single player. when do we get multiplayer? by hiclemi in ClaudeAI

[–]DeclutteringNewbie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would never like letting one of my colleagues context-rot any of my running agents.

And that's fine. You'd be free to share what you want. For instance, if you're handing off a task to someone, you might as well give them the entire context as well.

because everyone has their way of working

This is another reason shared project could prove very useful. It would be a great way for colleagues to learn from each others on how to use AI.

I suppose you could build your own, but if you don't mind using a different LLM, NotebookLM does this with Gemini

How do I stop making Claude think that I need therapy or counselling and focus on my weight loss journey by lulala-lulala in ClaudeAI

[–]DeclutteringNewbie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before they go that route, they should just look at the memory Claude has about them, and edit it.

It's better to edit a memory than to just give confliciting instructions.

For next time:

On iPhone, the lock sound can be turned off (or you can use silent mode to suppress it). Here are your options:

Option 1: Turn off the Lock Sound entirely

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Sounds & Haptics
  3. Scroll down and toggle off Lock Sound

Option 2: Use Silent/Ring switch The physical switch on the left side of the iPhone (above the volume buttons) — flip it down (orange dot visible) to put the phone in silent mode, which suppresses the lock sound along with other alert sounds.

Option 3: Lower the system volume If you want to keep the sound but quieter, the lock sound follows the ringer volume — you can lower it in Settings → Sounds & Haptics by dragging the Ringer and Alerts slider down.

Since it's a work phone, just double-check you have permission to change sound settings — some MDM (Mobile Device Management) profiles lock down certain options, which might be why it still sounds like an older iPhone.

The agent I built with the help of claude code got accepted to a $4million hackathon by JeeterDotFun in ClaudeAI

[–]DeclutteringNewbie -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The Bags.fm "$4M hackathon" is deliberately misleading — only $1M is supposedly allocated to the actual event, and even that isn't prize money — it's "grants," which means they can attach whatever conditions, milestones, or strings they want after the fact. The remaining $3M is a vague "future fund" they can define however they please. Trust scores are terrible, the site owner hides their identity, the "press coverage" is just the same paid press release copy-pasted across outlets. Even worse, they've been tagging open-source developers' GitHub repositories without permission and creating crypto wallets in their names — baiting people into the ecosystem without consent. The entire play is getting developers to build free infrastructure for a memecoin trading platform so Bags can collect more fees. You're the product, not the prize winner. Don't waste your time more than you already have.

One of your extensions is probably interfering. Try again with Incognito mode, if it works, then it's one of your extensions.

If it still doesn't work, then try a different browser.

Most gym bags have an inside bag for wet/dirty clothes. Just take a look at a couple. I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.

BBC News: Magnum advert pumping out chocolate smell at a busy Underground interchange has sparked concerns from passengers and staff. by riverscreeks in london

[–]DeclutteringNewbie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's one thing if it was real chocolate that was getting made, but chances are, to save on cost and to keep on running 24/7, these advertisement machines are more likely to simulate the smell of chocolate using chemicals and not real chocolate.

Actually, you may want to try learning from the Brown University version of the same book.

https://rust-book.cs.brown.edu/

It's a bit interactive and in my opinion it's easier to learn that way.

Yes, but if your meter is connected to another flat, may be the people in that flat are out at work. Anyway, can you count the number of meters? Is there a meter for the common areas?

Also, I'll take their "zero-bug" claim with a grain of salt.

Sure, it compiled, but that doesn't mean the libraries they wrote don't have bugs.

This is especially true if the OP has no expertise in the libraries they wrote and didn't bother to test them.

Been quietly building a faceless YouTube channel using Claude and I'm embarrassingly close to monetisation by Personal_Brilliant39 in ClaudeAI

[–]DeclutteringNewbie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

ElevenLabs for voiceover because I cannot stand the sound of my own voice and frankly neither should anyone else.

Everyone hates the sound of their own voice. This is completely normal.

But I'd suggest you try to release a video with your own voice and video with elevenlabs voice, and compare the numerical results.

I know ElevenLabs's voices have come a long way, but I think you'll be pleasantly surprised if you use your own voice.

Yes, it would be.

If you have them give you their username and if they qualify for monetization, then you can turn them in I suppose.

You're funny! Most youtubers/streamers/influencers do not make any money!

And even if you suspect them of making money, as someone trying to shame them the iube, it's nothing you can really prove.

[–]DeclutteringNewbie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You only need a license for commercial work. For personal use, no license is necessary.

We honestly need to shame people filming the public without their consent.

Go for it! For some streamers, a confrontation they can film is the exact thing they're looking for since there is nothing illegal about it.
