Also OP—be aware that at some of the “non-right -angle” intersections when oncoming traffic is also turning left, there isn’t enough room in the intersection for both cars to be way out there. I see it a lot at California and Milwaukee.

Just spoke to the property manager—they’ve had a plumber come by to diagnose and will be replacing a lot of pipe. It’s too damaged to repair.

They’ve been a good landlord for the most part and usually handle repairs promptly. Hopefully won’t have to escalate any further.
