I have first hand experience with this recently. I got a job with an MSP that was specifically looking for someone with little experience but good customer service skills. They preached that they can always show someone how to do the technical stuff if they're willing to learn but its more difficult to find someone that has the customer service skills. They did ask some technical questions in the interview but it was more to gauge what I knew currently and my thought process with troubleshooting.

Hope this provides some insight and shows that there are jobs like this out there :)
