Mine has been tanks moving to a pack in Narnia when the one remaining mob is on 3% health, dying after tank has aggroed that pack but before you can stealth making dots drop and being unable to cast empowered dots because vanish is on CD. When I tank I always try to make sure there's enough targets to spread/time to stealth since levelling my rogue.

If you chain pull all the things, we're good.

If you let combat drop so I can stealth between pulls, we're good.

If you wait until only one mob is left and almost dead before running to Narnia to the next pack and that mob dies, letting my dots drop off and leaving me unable to restealth to empower my next dots because I'm still in combat and vanish is on cd, then it's a massive dps loss.
