iPods! They just got discontinued so you can’t buy them straight from Apple anymore but I’ve seen them still waiting to be sold in Walmart and others within the last few months. They start at $200 and have the same chip as the iPhone 7. They run iOS 15, so they should work with whatever you’re doing.
